The agreement
By using ikuad.com or creating an account you accept these terms. ikuad is software to manage and prove your site visitors' consent; you remain responsible for the legality of what you publish and of your banner wording.
Account and plan
The account is yours or your establishment's; keep your password safe, and optional two-factor is available. Plans are bounded by sites, domains and pageviews; going over a limit never stops consent collection, but new sites and rescans wait until you upgrade or the period ends.
Payment
Direct purchase runs on a hosted payment provider — we never see or store your card. Renewal is automatic and cancellation runs to the end of the paid period. matgrk customers pay in matgrk on matgrk's invoice — we never take a second payment for the same account.
Records and the archive
Records are proof: they are kept five years under a lock that forbids editing even to us, because that is their purpose. Deleting your account or cancelling does not shorten the archive. You understand this is intended, required behaviour.
Scanning
The free scan and scans generally visit public sites politely: no hammering, bounded volumes. Do not use ikuad to scan a site you do not own or control — we reserve the right to stop anyone who does.
Availability
We aim high, but the service is provided as-is with no interruption-free warranty. During an outage: your banner serves the last published configuration, and choices queue in the visitor's browser and arrive when we return — nothing is lost.
Termination
You may terminate any time from the dashboard. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service; its archive stays locked to the end of its term.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws applicable to ikuad's operating entity, and its competent courts settle disputes. (Entity and jurisdiction are completed with legal review before launch.)
